Italian specialties

A course week with vegan meals by the Italian chef Gianfranco Berton has been high on our wish list for years. Last year it was a great success so we think it is worth repeating!


 n June it's time again: Gianfranco is coming to cook for us for a week!


 Gianfranco is a well-known vegan cook. In Veneto, near Venice, he prepares about 150 meals a day. His specialty is Italian cuisine . You do not have to be a convinced vegan to appreciate his recipes , we have licked our fingers .


Of course there is an appropriate course where we focus on learning to make tableware for typical Italian dishes , lasagna bowls , spaghetti plates , olive oil bottles etc.


At the end of the week we bake a gas oven with some of each participant's best works .
